KATSU SAN is a modern Japanese Pork Cutlet restaurant, located in Richmond, BC. We specialize in pork cutlet that is Koji-cured for 62 hours to fully maximize the taste and juiciness.
Our house made bread crumbs were carefully developed for that airy crunch. Inspired from traditional Japanese recipes but created with a modern twist, all Katsu San sauces are made in-house.
